The Trains of London Midland

London Midland operate the service between Hereford and Birmingham New Street. All Ledbury to New Street trains now take the fast route to Birmingham through Bromsgrove. Wonderful news for Ledbury was the introduction of the Class 170 Turbostar trains. These trains are one of a new generation of diesel trains with large windows, comfortable seating and ample, wide doorways. With reasonable fares, traffic to Birmingham has increased very significantly in recent years.
